The Banking & Trust Services National Sales Team is seeking a high potential National Sales Support Senior Team Manager who will have overall leadership responsibilities for a team of Business Development Managers (“BDMs”), who provide support of our Business Development Officers (“BDOs”) as the Bank’s subject matter authorities for both our retail and institutional clients. Specifically, the candidate will be primarily responsible for ensuring BDMs assist BDOs in providing a deeper understanding of our Banking & Trust Services solutions among Financial Consultants (FCs) in the retail branches as well as with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) who utilize Schwab to custody their clients’ assets. Successful candidates will have extensive leadership, relationship management and talent development experience as well as a deep knowledge of the banking industry.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed with a Series 7 and Series 63/66 designation
- Active Series 9/10, or an opportunity to take the 9/10 within 90 days of hire. Successfully passing will be a condition of employment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- 5+ years sales leadership experience
- Consistent record in leading and developing successful teams
- 5+ years mortgage banking and securities-based lending experience required
- Knowledge of Schwab Banking & Trust products & services, including home lending products, secured lines of credit, deposits, and trust services
