What you have
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field
- 2years of cybersecurity experience, withhands onexposure to data protection, identity, or database security controls
- Experience supporting security controls in productionenvironments.
- Working knowledge of database activity monitoring, database access governance, DLP, encryption, and data classification concepts
- Experience working with Active Directory, authentication, or identity relatedintegrations.
- Familiarity with ITIL Change Management practices and production changeprocesses.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate issues and contribute to practicalsolutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical andnon-technicalstakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively acrossteams.
- Strong organizational skills andattention to detail
- Experience using scripting or automation tools to improve operationalefficiency.
PreferredQualifications
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., CISSPor equivalent)
- Experience supporting SOX, PCI, FFIEC, or internal auditactivities.
- Exposure to database monitoring, DLP, encryption, PAM, or SIEM/SOAR tools
- Experience supportingnon-humanor service account governanceactivities.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixedorganization.
- Interestin continuous learning and structured problemsolving.
