Shift details: Sunday 5:00pm-12:00am, Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-12:00am ET (this shift is fully remote)
Our Trader Service organization has been recognized as the best online broker for the last 10 years. We are client-focused with a vision to be the most trusted trade desk on the street. As champions of investors, we are looking for other advocates to join our team as a Trader Service Specialist where you will work with brokerage clients as the subject matter expert in their brokerage and retirement accounts. At Schwab, we are proud of our highly developed internal education system - where you will learn to become a specialist in equities, foreign exchange, and derivatives (options & futures). You will then work directly with our Trade Desk to empower yourself and our clients in complex trading topics. We’re seeking professionals who enjoy assisting others as they trade in the financial markets and want to grow their career with a top financial services firm.

What you have
Required Qualifications:
- Series 7 and 63 licenses
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year of experience in Client Service, Financial Services and/or Brokerage Services
- Current or previous contact center experience
- Previous experience in customer service, client support and problem resolution skills
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to effectively mitigate risk and adhere to trading accuracy while adhering to policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Strong trading experience, or familiarity with the securities industry and an understanding of options and equities
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
