PMT is looking for a talented, highly motivated Sr Manager, Software Development & Engineering Senior with

domain/functional knowledge of Trade Allocations and Transactions posting area of the financial services/Brokerage

industry, experience with high-volumes processing. The successful candidate excels in a dynamic and fast paced Agile

environment and is passionate about building high quality scalable software. You should have significant experience in

designing, development, testing software systems, providing support of deployed production application, enjoy

sharing your knowledge and mentoring others. We are seeking a well-experienced Software Developer with skills and

expertise in building scalable applications using distributed technologies, capable of processing high volume of

transactions with very low latency. In this role, you will be responsible for the architecture solution, design,

development, and implementation of complex software solutions that support our Transaction processing

capabilities.

- Deliver on design patterns that will be developed in C# and .NET, and guide tech leads and engineers in

implementation.

-Align technology strategies with lead resources in India and US locations to ensure consistent design patterns and

application implementation.

- Partner with the Architect in architecture governance councils, helping to review others work and provide critical

feedback and directions to ensure standardization.

- Provide subject matter expertise to application teams during architecture reviews, assisting with pattern selection

and solution design.

- Collaborate across domains with other Managers and Architects and teams to ensure consistency and seamless

integration.

- Translate design strategy into compelling business narratives that resonate with executive audiences and technical

teams alike.

- Be a champion of modernization and platform thinking by leading initiatives that simplify and modernize the legacy

ecosystem.

- Develop an AI led vision to transform the SDLC pipeline and improve team productivity and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or similar/equivalent area of study

- 5-7+ years of software development experience in C# .Net, leading very experienced team members.

- 2-4+ year of experience with NoSQL database like MongoDB or Aerospike

- 2-4+ years of experience in financial services, preferably at a brokerage firm. Familiarity with Transaction

Posting System, involving Trade allocations and Firm Transaction Posting

- 5+ years of experience leading large/complex projects with multiple dependencies using Agile

(Scrum/Kanban/Scaled Agile) processes in planning, implementation, and support of business application

components, including change & release management.

- History of delivering solutions consistently and managing the complexity of large project implementations.

- Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate successfully with business partners, technology team,

production support and infrastructure teams.

- Strong in influencing, negotiating priorities, and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify stakeholders,

assess their needs and manage their expectations through effective communication.

- Demonstrated ability and curiosity to evangelize vision and direction in a way that drives team engagement and

motivation.

- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment with many moving parts and a large variety of

responsibilities including geographical diversity of technical functions.

- Self-starter with strong prioritization and multitasking capabilities.

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a flexible and fast-paced environment, including the ability to think big in a

rapidly evolving technology space. Ability to successfully handle ambiguity.

- Optimizes software design methodologies through effective leadership and process refinement.

Preferred Qualifications

-Expertise with IBM MQ and Kafka messaging systems

-Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Pivotal Cloud Foundry

(PCF)

-Broad knowledge of the software engineering and architecture space: languages, frameworks, techniques, and

industry trends
