•  Ensure teams effectively apply agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) while adapting practices to team and product context.
•  Promote strong working agreements, Definition of Ready (DoR), and Definition of Done (DoD).

Coaching & Agile Maturity
•  Coach teams, Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and leaders on agile mindset, principles, and best practices.
•  Support newly formed teams and guide mature teams through higher levels of autonomy and performance.
•  Foster self organization, psychological safety, and continuous improvement.

Impediment Management & Flow Optimization
•  Proactively identify, escalate, and remove team and systemic impediments.
•  Improve flow of value by addressing dependencies, bottlenecks, and waste.
•  Partner with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to resolve cross team challenges.

Delivery Transparency & Metrics
•  Track and communicate sprint and release progress, velocity, and delivery health.
•  Ensure agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is accurate and provides meaningful transparency.
•  Use data and metrics to inform conversations, drive improvement, and support decision making.

Enterprise Agility & Change Leadership
•  Act as a change agent supporting broader organizational agility.
•  Align agile delivery with business outcomes and strategic priorities.
•  Contribute to evolving agile standards, tools, and best practices across the organization.
