Responsibilities will include:
- Lead product offer experience for RBS trust, custody, brokerage, and platform-related solutions delivered through third-party service, technology, and financial partners.
- May be asked to take ownership of specific third-party product offers, including oversight of strategy, requirements, partner coordination, performance monitoring, and enhancement opportunities.
- Identify market and partner opportunities through client feedback, competitive intelligence, industry trend analysis, service insights, data analysis, and intermediary needs.
- Translate business needs into requirements, business cases, project plans, and prioritization recommendations for new products, partner capabilities, feature enhancements, and workflow improvements.
- Use data analytics to evaluate product performance, profitability, partner adoption, service trends, operational friction points, and key business metrics.
- Develop and recommend workflow improvement strategies that streamline processes, reduce manual effort, improve client and partner experience, strengthen controls, and support scalable growth.
- Partner across technology, operations, legal, compliance, marketing, risk, service, sales, and external partner teams to deliver product, service, and process initiatives.
- Monitor initiative progress, risks, dependencies, partner impacts, and outcomes, and use insights to adjust priorities and improve execution.
- Present recommendations, business cases, analytics findings, workflow improvement opportunities, and progress updates to senior leaders.
