Digital Retail Product Operations is seeking a Senior Manager, Workforce Effectiveness & Product Change Enablement to strengthen organizational capability, improve readiness, and drive adoption across high-priority transformation and operating model initiatives.

In this role, you will help leaders and teams work more effectively by translating strategy into clear change plans, workforce enablement approaches, leader-ready communications, operating rhythms, and practical resources.

You will partner across Product, Product Operations, Technology, Strategy Priorities & Initiatives, HR, Talent, Training, and enterprise teams to reduce friction, strengthen readiness, and sustain momentum.

What You Will Do

Change Enablement & Execution

  • Develop and execute change strategies for Digital Retail priorities, including product launches, operating model changes, modernization efforts, and capability-building initiatives.

  • Translate initiatives into practical plans, readiness activities, adoption measures, and reinforcement approaches.

  • Assess impacts, risks, audience needs, and readiness gaps; recommend actions that improve engagement and adoption.

  • Create repeatable tools, templates, playbooks, and enablement resources that help teams plan and execute change consistently.

Workforce Effectiveness & Talent Architecture

  • Advance Digital Retail’s workforce effectiveness strategy by connecting business priorities, future capabilities, roles, skills, and career pathways into tools leaders and teams can apply.

  • Translate current and future workforce needs into clear role, capability, and skill requirements that support hiring, development, workforce planning, and career conversations.

  • Build scalable frameworks, guidance, and enablement resources that help leaders strengthen team capability and apply talent architecture consistently.

  • Partner with Digital Retail leadership, HR, Talent, Training, and enterprise teams to align priorities, deliver education, and support adoption.

  • Use data, feedback, and talent insights to identify capability gaps, training opportunities, development actions, and trends that require leadership attention.

  • Create simple reporting and operating rhythms to track progress, inform leadership discussions, and support confidential talent planning processes.

  • Embed workforce effectiveness practices into leader routines, development planning, people leader meetings, and team-level ways of working.

  • Connect workforce effectiveness efforts to emerging needs, including AI-related skills, automation opportunities, and changes in how work gets done.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, organizational development, business, product management, organizational effectiveness, or a related field.

  • 5–8 years of experience in change management, internal communications, product operations, transformation, capability enablement, workforce effectiveness, or strategy execution in a complex, matrixed organization.

  • Experience developing change plans, stakeholder communications, enablement materials, operating rhythms, and adoption approaches for cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong project management skills, including experience managing timelines, dependencies, content workflows, stakeholder inputs, and multiple workstreams.

  • Proven ability to translate ambiguity and complexity into clear narratives, structured plans, executive-ready materials, and measurable outcomes.

  • Experience supporting senior leaders, facilitating cross-functional discussions, and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to synthesize feedback, identify themes, diagnose friction points, and create content that drives action.

  • Comfort using AI tools, automation workflows, SharePoint, and emerging technologies to improve productivity, communications, enablement, and ways of working.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or relevant certification in communications, change management, organizational development, product management, or a related discipline.

  • Experience in Product, UX, Technology, Product Operations, transformation strategy, or enterprise capability-building functions.

  • Experience with workforce effectiveness, talent architecture, competency frameworks, skills-based learning, workforce readiness, performance cycle enablement, or talent planning processes.

  • Intermediate to advanced SharePoint experience, including resource design, page governance, information architecture, and reusable content structures.

  • Experience using AI, automation, or workflow tools to improve team productivity, communications, or adoption at scale.
