We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location.
This position will rotate through four different teams on the Marketing team. It is a standardized 2-year program, consisting of four 6-month rotations, meant to develop a pipeline of Marketing talent for the organization. The participant will be responsible for learning, developing, and executing a variety of projects related to Marketing business goals.
• Become proficient in Marketing automation, and work with business partners to develop communication strategies to achieve their business goals
• Develop and execute Marketing and client communications strategies
• Gain exposure to both owned/earned and paid channels through projects and shadowing

Candidates for this program need to be self-motivated and driven to gain exposure to a variety of positions within the Marketing team. They should have a passion for Marketing and the technology that drives it.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ideal candidate will have some Marketing experience (or Bachelors degree in Marketing or similar field)
1+ year(s) of professional experience at Schwab - Ability to build relationships across an organization
- Demonstrated success managing projects with competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience learning new technologies and executing projects
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
