Specialist, Core Service (ECG), International Client Services
Your Opportunity
As an International Services ECG Specialist, you will take inbound chats and secure messages frominternational (non-US resident) and domestic clients.We provide a full range of service, trading, and language service needs. You will work on a collaborative, growing team in a fast-paced environment to assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options in addition to general account servicing inquiries. The ECG Specialist role will also include sharing your trading, service, and professional knowledge with the team in various formal and informal settings. The relationships that you create and uphold will have a direct impact as you aid our clients to “Own Their Tomorrow.”
What you have
Required Qualifications:
- Current and active FINRA Series 7 / 63 or 66 licenses.
- Read and write at professional level English as well as SpanishOR Chinese.
- Minimum2 years of experience working in ECG/eServices, including MCT experience. OR Minimum one year assisting International clients.
- Flexible and able to work on chats / secure messages as business needs change.
- Illustrated ability to leverage the Edge 2.0conversation model to maximize client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated excellence in key phone and/or ECG performance indicators.
- Demonstrate high level risk awareness by identifyingwritten complaint language in interactions.
- Active contributor in meetings and team chats, with a desire to help increase team engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in client facing customer service roles.
- High flexibility in shift times as business needs change. Chat lines are open from 5:00am -10:59pm CT. The current need is highest for later shifts.
- Experience serving international clients with issues such as W8s, new account requirements, policies, procedures, etc.
