The International Marketing team drives growth for Charles Schwab’s international
business by supporting client acquisition, engagement, and retention outside the United
States.


As a Senior Specialist, you will play a critical role in executing and optimizing marketing
programs that support our sales teams and enhance the client experience. You’ll
manage day-to-day delivery, collaborate across cross-functional partners, and help
improve the processes, content, and platforms that power international marketing.


What You’ll Do
• Execute end-to-end marketing programs, delivering high-quality sales materials,
web content, and email campaigns that are client-ready, compliant, and
aligned to business priorities.
• Build, maintain, and optimize email templates and automated marketing
journeys to support campaign performance, scalability, and operational
efficiency.
• Coordinate across marketing, sales, product, and legal/compliance teams to
drive alignment, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
• Support prospect-site updates and web QA, including localized content and
Spanish-language materials.
• Lead the ongoing development and enhancement of sales-enablement
platforms, including the International WIM Hub.
• Improve marketing workflows across intake, approvals, QA, and publishing to
increase efficiency, consistency, and speed to market.
• Partner with stakeholders to monitor lead flow, campaign performance, and
conversion signals, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and
outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Experience executing marketing or sales enablement programs, with strong
attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and translate business needs into clear,
actionable deliverables.

• Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional and global teams, with the
ability to drive alignment and execution.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Salesforce
Marketing Cloud, with an interest in campaign performance and optimization.
• Experience supporting process improvement, workflows, or marketing
operations.
• A blend of creative and technical capabilities, including the ability to partner
on content development while ensuring seamless execution across marketing
technology platforms.
• Exposure to international marketing or localization preferred; Spanish
proficiency a strong plus

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
