Advisor Services Internal Platforms is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Product Manager to be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Desktop Platform features by collaborating with various business partners including Risk, Sales, Service, Strategy, and Technology. Individuals in this role must use superior partnering skills as the work requires a coordinated effort with team members and cross-functional business partners. Members of the team who are highly successful demonstrate the ability to think creatively, develop recommendations that are data driven/fact-based. This role will focus on delivering solutions that support the varied and complex business models found in the Advisor Services Enterprise segment. To better support our Advisors as well as our partners in Risk, Service, and Sales, we need to establish a robust and flexible infrastructure which allows us to deliver scale, efficiency, insights and intelligence about the practices that we serve. We are an integrated product team focused on fast-tracking GenAI, Agentic AI capabilities to reshape the way we work and the solutions we provide. In this role you will:

• Translate needs and business objectives into product/platform vision documents and roadmaps for use in setting priorities and guiding the work of the development and product teams
• Identify, prioritize and deliver solutions that leverage available tools and capabilities, including the opportunities that are well-suited to agentic AI
• Provide leadership in the design of new processes/interactions to enhance the overall client experience; partner closely with business partners to develop solutions
• Conceptualize elements of the product vision into specific features/functions needed to deliver benefits and value; ability to translate vision and needs into language and artifacts for use by technology teams.
• Drive the roadmap deliveries partnering with business and technology
• Ruthlessly prioritize the product roadmap to support and deliver against this Advisor Services strategic needs
• Be able to intelligently tell the value prop and why to audiences at different understanding levels, using data as a key source
• Drive the execution of tactical implementation plans in conjunction with key partners to launch new product features
• Where appropriate, develop Agentic AI capability use cases that are business-led

 Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Ability to analyze data and information, and apply problem-solving skills to deliver recommendations and drive results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in developing a strategic future-state vision that is based on a strong understanding of the current state, and a road map for bridging the two
• Demonstrated ability to create unique insight, develop a future vision and build and execute strategic plans across a geographically dispersed organization
• Experience in building partnerships to effectively manage projects in a cross-functional environment, and driving them to successful completion
• Comfort in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment, with positive attitude and solid work ethic

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferably 3+ years in product owner role on Agile teams
• Preferably 3-5 years financial services experience within Advisor Service
