Your Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead a high-performing scrum team within Advisor
Services Platform – Client Experience. In this role, you will help shape and deliver modern, scalable
digital solutions that enhance how advisors serve clients across both customer-facing and backend
platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering excellence, cloud-

personalize experiences, and accelerate innovation. You will partner with product, design, and
engineering leaders to drive agile delivery, foster technical excellence, and guide the team in building

What you’re good at:
- Collaborate with technical leads and business partners to define agile user stories for new
capabilities
• Write code hands-on, conduct code reviews, support testing, and resolve production issues
• Apply strong software design expertise to build effective solutions that incorporate predictive
and adaptive capabilities
• Support the design and delivery of new features and bug fixes
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth
• Partner closely with developers, product owners, technical leads, and architects
• Champion platform principles, guidelines, and standards while ensuring development quality
and consistency
• Stay informed on user feedback by participating in and reviewing developer and UX forums
• Build with a user-first mindset and a clear focus on the key business indicators targeted by
each initiative
What you have

Qualifications
- Passion for digital innovation and delivering exceptional client experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science
- 8+ years of full-stack application development experience, including technical leadership,
coaching, mentoring, and maintaining high code quality and standards - 8+ years of experience building scalable, user-friendly enterprise applications using C#,
.NET, and Angular - Ability to analyze requirements, translate them into design solutions, implement them, and
thoroughly test the results - Experience across the full testing lifecycle, including unit, component, functional,
integration, and end-to-end testing - Strong understanding of web application environments, development tools, session state
management, configuration and deployment strategies, security, performance tuning, and
debugging practices - Experience with DevOps best practices, CI/CD concepts, and automated deployment
pipelines, with a strong focus on testing to support true CI/CD implementation - Strong understanding of resiliency and disaster recovery through cloud-native solutions
- Ability to contribute confidently to application and platform architecture and design
- Experience with current AI technologies and their use in the software development lifecycle
is a plus - Experience with Bamboo and GitHub is required
- Familiarity with Test-Driven Development and Behavior-Driven Development methodologies
is required - Financial services experience is a plus
- Experience with SQL, MongoDB, Oracle, or other relational and non-relational databases is
required - Strongly preferred experience with the Atlassian tool suite, including JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with Schwab domain technologies is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver
technical presentations and documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
effectively - Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to learn quickly, and the confidence to work with
both technical and business teams at all levels - Self-motivated team player who collaborates effectively across organizations and
geographic locations
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
