Our Opportunity:
We are looking for a product and client champion to help us craft the future of Schwab’s digital experience for a strategic client segment – international. In this role, you will work closely with Internal business stakeholders to elicit and evaluate their needs and help determine how best our team can deliver excellent solutions. You will also play an integral role in working with the broader Digital Retail team to advocate for International business needs and to represent Digital Retail in all its tracks of work to further International’s digital offerings.

The team is responsible for:
Strategyand Client Focus – Develop a deep understanding of the target market, build close relationships with key stakeholders, and define digital strategy
Digital Experiences – Collaborate with design, technology and business partners to build digital experiences that our clients are passionate about
Business Analysis – Collaborate with International business partners to define business requirements for Digital Retail teams; assess impact across all Digital Retail products and channels
Integrator – Be the one-stop-shop for our International partners, advocating for their business needs and also provide overall program management for all Digital Retail delivery tracks
What you’ll do:
Manage execution of the International’s digital product roadmap. Lead discovery and requirements definition to translate product vision into specific deliverables
Work with various Digital Retail teams to prioritize product features and enhancements in their respective backlogs based on client needs and business goals ensure rigor in execution and attention to detail by effectively managing the product roadmap
Foster in-depth understanding of client needs, informed by user research, competitive analysis and the internal / external product landscape, to help drive product-market fit
Program manage all Digital Retail delivery tracks for International; work with Portfolio Management to regularly report on status, driving timely resolution
Focus on business impact and come up with actionable recommendations informed by high quality data analysis and metrics
Frame challenges as problems that are solved through critical thinking and collaboration
Monitor key metrics to measure success of product initiatives and identify areas of improvement; clearly present results, insights and recommendations to leadership
Applies AI skills to improve quality, speed, and outcomes
What you have
Strong digital product management skills
Demonstrated ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, identify opportunities, and drive recommendations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs, tell a compelling story, and present to all levels of the organization
High emotional intelligence; ability to manage uncertainty and lead people through challenging projects and processes
Fluency in AI tools – able to leverage them to improve delivery speed, quality, and outcomes
Self-starter with outstanding organizational skills and ability to track multiple projects in parallel
Effective relationship builder; ability to partner cross-functionally and work effectively with various personality types at all levels of the organization
Comfort in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment, with a positive attitude and solid work ethic
Experience in Financial Services; knowledge in the International financial landscape a plus
