In Technology Risk Management (TRM), a part of Corporate Risk Management (CRM), we partner with technology and business teams who are implementing technologies and processes to ensure the risks associated with the use of these areidentifiedand managed. We do this to ensure we meet our corporate risk appetite, following an establishedframework foridentifying, evaluating, measuring, monitoring, and reportingthat riskin order toprotect client assets, client information,and firm assets.You will work in a multi-functional team in conducting effective independent risk oversight in the IT Service Management area.

Reporting to the Director, thisManagerrole is an individual contributor who hasstrongunderstandingof IT Service Managementprocesses toconduct policy/standardoversight;collaboratewithtechnology and businessteams toassurerisks and riskmanagement requirementsare understood;assessIT Service Management processes forcompliance with published standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices;perform risk assessmentsand testingwhere appropriate.It is also the expectation that the individual willestablishstrong partnership with our stakeholders by building trust through their subject matterexpertiseand integrity of their work to influence call to action, as needed, to drive sustainable change

What you have


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of demonstratable experience in either technologyoperationsor technologyrisk management
  • Ability toidentify, assess, and prioritize potential risk
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with sharp analytical skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and executive audiences; both oral and written isrequiredwithdemonstratedpresentation skills
  • Experience working with partners at all levels and across functional lines(audit, risk management, technologyteamsand business teams) tobring diverse points of view together
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with minimalguidance
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing based on risk/business needswith effective organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing,prioritizationand conflict resolution skills
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in financial services industry
  • Experience with reviewing and assessing compliance against incident and problem management policies, standards, and controls
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting/visualization (e.g., Tableau) tools
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and executive audiences both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization,follow-up,and organization skills
  • Experience working with partners at all levels and across functional lines

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
