Schwab is seeking a dynamic .NET and Angular UI Software Developer Specialist with a passion for technology and excellence. The position involves a balanced mix of testing, and hands-on coding, focused on our mission-critical Schwab Advisor Services platform. •Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise applications
using C#, .NET, Angular, APIs, microservices, and modern architectural patterns.

•Lead the delivery of high-quality software by applying sound engineering principles,
implementing automated testing strategies, and leveraging Agile and DevOps practices throughout
the development lifecycle.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, solve complex technical
challenges, optimize application performance, and ensure reliable software delivery.

•Champion innovation and continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies,
promoting AI-driven engineering practices, and driving solutions that enhance developer productivity,
software quality, and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical
experience.

•8+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting scalable enterprise applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and modern software development frameworks.

•Strong software engineering expertise, including object-oriented design, design patterns, algorithms, data structures, RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).

•Experience developing secure, high-performing applications, including authentication and authorization (SAML/OAuth), secure coding practices, vulnerability remediation, automated testing, and quality engineering practices.

•Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, DevOps practices, source control, CI/CDpipelines, and modern development tools to enable reliable and efficient software delivery.

•Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for AI-driven innovation, continuous learning, and leveraging emerging technologies to improve engineering effectiveness and business outcomes.
