We are seeking an Operations Manager to provide key operations support for a department of 130+ team members located in Austin. This role assists in office management, recruiting, finance, and project tasks in a dynamic and engaging environment.
What you’ll do:
Assist in maintaining detailed records for the operations team, mostly in Excel spreadsheets, to document upcoming travel, training, software, budgeting and any other items necessary for the department to reference and plan accordingly.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for contingent workers and full-time employees to ensure readiness on their first day and smooth departures.
Awareness of how individual actions impact the overall organization, avoiding isolated work. Recognize the importance of actively managing risks in all tasks.
Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure engagement events, employee training, and office supplies are properly supported and maintained.
Maintain a friendly yet professional demeanor with all your clients, especially when engaging with our Leadership team.
Swiftly shift between tasks, keeping thorough records that every Operations team member can access, ensuring we are able to assist one another whenever necessary.
Discover and implement innovative ways to maintain our team's enthusiasm during special events and everyday tasks.
Offer proactive assistance to the operations team during periods of high activity and in-office events, maintaining a composed and approachable presence while effectively resolving challenges behind the scenes.
Procure office and computer equipment and peripherals as required and actively coordinate with functional teams to assess and address their needs.
What you have

Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a business support or operations role.
- Skilled at handling sensitive and confidential information with tact and care, ensuring utmost accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and multi-task as needed.
- Effectively collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with written and verbal communication.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, ensuring tasks and projects are managed efficiently and deadlines are consistently met.
- Proactive, flexible, hands-on and results oriented.
- Continuous process improvement and streamlining workflows.
- Proficiency in the MS Suite of software products.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations or related field.
Experience with project management tools such as Workfront.
Advanced proficiency in SharePoint and AI tools (including Copilot).
