You’ll work at the center of a broad, cross‑functional ecosystem—partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, Corporate Real Estate, Technology, HR, and operational teams to bring seamless, end‑to‑end experiences to life. Key Responsibilities

1. Design and evolve onboarding professional development experiences that support employees from entry through ongoing career growth, aligning learning experiences to support role expectations, skill development, and organizational priorities.
2. Partner across STS to translate workforce needs into scalable development solutions, including curriculum design, learning pathways, and targeted training initiatives.
3. Coordinate cross‑functionally with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Technology, Corporate Real Estate, and operational teams to ensure seamless, end‑to‑end onboarding experiences that are operationally ready on day one.
4. Measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, engagement data, and outcomes to refine onboarding and professional development offerings over time.

To ensure that we have fulfilled our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required Qualifications

  1. Holds Association of Talent Developmment Instructional Design Certificate or equivalent education, certification or demonstrated experience in instructional design that has been applied within a technology organization.
  2. Designs, manages, or supports onboarding and/or professional development programs within a medium‑to‑large organization, with exposure to new‑hire lifecycle activities and employee learning experiences.
  3. Leverages strong cross‑functional coordination skills, and demonstrates experience partnering across Talent Acquisition, HR, technology teams, and operational stakeholders to deliver exceptional employee experiences.
  4. Applies program and project management capability, including planning timelines, coordinating logistics, managing communications, and supporting consistent execution across multiple stakeholders.
  5. Displays strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating clear guidance, templates, or resources for managers, new hires, or partners to support onboarding and development efforts.
  6. Exhudes a passion for employee experience and career development, with a strong sense of ownership for delivering a consistent, high‑quality onboarding and development journey.

Preferred Qualifications

Leverages experience working within Learning & Development or Talent Management functions, particularly supporting onboarding
Utilizes learning platforms and ecosystems to deliver against learning objectives
Supports multi-location onboarding and development efforts including coordination across regions or time zones
Drives early-career or traditional onboarding / development programs via structured cohorts and / or peer learning opportunities
Applies sound judgment to stay agile and efficient amid change
Consistently maintains clear, open communication to enhance collaboration with others
Builds strong partnerships by engaging stakeholders and aligning shared goals
Leverages industry expertise to guide strategy and guide team members in industry and marketplace dynamics
Drives growth by sharing expertise and encouraging knowledge, skill, and ability development
Influences improvements in efficiency and effectiveness within a function
Earns trust through ethical decisions and deep subject matter knowledge
