We are seeking an entrepreneurial and passionate Manager, Digital Product Management to join our Chat and Secure Messaging Product Management team to help us revolutionize how we have conversations and interactions with clients across live and asynchronous channels.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business and technical savvy; a vision, and a drive that transforms that vision into a reality. You must be hands-on, be able to work with both technical and business partners.

You are responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing business requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with business, technology, and customer partners to ensure business value and client satisfaction goals are met. The Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the firm’s overall strategy and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning Support - Assist in the development of roadmaps and release plans.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with product teams, technology teams, and business stakeholders to support project execution and deliverables.
  • Data-Driven Insights – Analyze data to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and leverage insights to support decision-making.
  • Documentation & Reporting - Create and maintain requirements, product documentation and presentations to track progress and communicate updates.
  • Innovation Support - Contribute ideas and assist in testing and evaluating new product concepts or features.
  • Stakeholder Management - Build trusted relationships through clear and consistent communication with myriad stakeholders in upstream and downstream roles.

What you have


To ensure that we fulfill our promise of “challenging the status quo,” this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required qualifications:

  • The successful candidate must be fully committed to serving the needs of clients, employees, and shareholders.  In addition, the individual must possess strong product management and leadership skills and be passionate about optimizing transparency and communication.
  • Over 4 years of experience managing chat and email routing in contact center environment using Genesys Multi-Cloud solution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management and technical product development, specifically within a contact center or call center environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in agile processes, such as scrum, Kanban, and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Strong understanding of API integrations for cloud platforms, with the ability to effectively bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Natural curiosity and a continuous learning attitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors)
  • Ability to distill strategy, analytics, and varied sets of input to drive decisions across stakeholder communities.
  • Ability to build credibility with peers and key stakeholders (at all levels of the organization) to be able to drive action.
  • Self-starter with outstanding organizational skills.
  • Ability to track and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment, with a positive attitude and solid work ethic.  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 
  • Strong emotional intelligence/maturity and presence

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
