Join our Retirement Plan Services (RPS) Operations Platform Strategy team, where you’ll lead the design, management, and innovation of platform solutions for retirement plan participants, sponsors, and consultants. You’ll play a pivotal role in modernizing our recordkeeping systems, driving operational efficiency, reducing risk, and delivering tailored experiences that help our clients and business teams thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and communicate a strategic product roadmap, informed by market trends, client needs, and business impact.

· Analyze client and market data, gather feedback from internal users, and lead discussions with stakeholders to define MVPs and future releases.

· Prioritize initiatives based on feasibility, market and regulatory impact, and business value.

· Act as Product Owner for Scrum teams, translating vision into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria using Behavior Driven Development.

· Continuously groom and prioritize the product backlog, making informed decisions on what to develop.

· Lead release and sprint planning, participate in daily stand-ups, and accept completed user stories.

· Define and track product success criteria (KPIs), set and report on digital OKRs, and ensure ongoing alignment with business objectives.

· Coordinate cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery, including journey mapping, dependency management, and E2E testing.

· Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and key decisions.

· Support business implementation, training, and ongoing product maintenance to ensure client satisfaction.

What you have


Required Qualifications:

· Deep understanding of the retirement industry and business operations with the ability to inform product decisions and capture edge cases.

· Strong analytical skills to synthesize information from multiple sources and uncover actionable insights.

· Creative problem-solving and the ability to conceptualize innovative solutions leveraging current technologies.

· Proven experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including writing user stories, backlog grooming, and release planning.

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and servant leadership skills.

· Adaptability, transparency, and a focus on delivering results in dynamic environments.

· Technical acumen to understand and navigate platform strategies.

Preferred Qualifications: 

· Scrum Product Owner certification.

· ASPPA Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA)

· Experience with Scaled Agile frameworks and tools like Jira or Rally.
