The Brand Manager, Brand Expression & Activation helps turn the firm’s brand vision, visual standards and brand-expression priorities into clear, coordinated initiatives that can be understood, adopted and brought to life across the organization.
This role serves as a primary point of connection for Brand Expression, working closely with brand designers, visual asset teams, integrated production, UX, marketing partners and outside agencies. The Brand Manager brings together the background, business context, use cases and contributors needed to move an initiative forward—from the initial request through recommendations, alignment and activation.
The ideal candidate combines strong organizational and communication skills with a sophisticated understanding of visual brand expression. This person should be comfortable leading conversations, shaping presentations, developing a compelling story around the work and helping partners understand how brand decisions translate into practical applications.
Description
- Lead Brand Expression initiatives from intake through recommendation, alignment and activation, bringing together business context, partner needs, use cases and the right contributors to move work forward.
- Support firmwide visual-brand programs, including photography, illustration, motion and other visual-identity initiatives, by helping define needs, document applications and connect creative assets to broader business uses.
- Coordinate input from Brand Design, Asset Management, Integrated Production, UX, agencies, vendors and marketing partners to ensure recommendations are clear, actionable and aligned to the Schwab brand.
- Support merchandise, events and other tangible expressions of the brand by helping organize priorities, evaluate opportunities and connect individual concepts to the broader brand experience.
- Develop presentations, talking points, summaries and recommendation materials that make complex inputs easy to understand for creative teams, business partners and senior leaders.
- Provide practical brand guidance, help partners navigate resources and review processes, and identify recurring needs, gaps or opportunities to improve tools, standards and ways of working.
- Build trusted relationships across internal teams and external partners while representing the Brand Expression point of view.
