The Enlighten Center of Excellence team within the Operations  (TST) Organization influences the implementation, maintenance and utilization of the Enlighten tool, which is a performance management reporting tool and change management program. The primary objective will be to ensure steady progress toward meeting Operational Services and the firm’s goals of modernizing the client experience, improving our internal reporting tools, and transforming our business processes.

• Translating technical detail into clear, business-ready messaging.
• Building trust-based partnerships across Operations, Technology, and vendor teams.
• Managing ambiguity while driving structure, stability, and continuous improvement.

What you have

To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience working within Enlighten; including expertise on reporting and platform configurations required
• Owning complex systems with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
• Diagnosing and solving technical and data-related issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Translating technical detail into clear, business-ready messaging.
• Building trust-based partnerships across Operations, Technology, and vendor teams.
• Managing ambiguity while driving structure, stability, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience partnering closely with IT, data, and vendor teams in a production support environment.
• Background supporting Lean, continuous improvement, or performance management platforms.
• Prior experience in platform support role and analytics resources.
