What you have
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting cross-functional technology teams.
- Current Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
- Experience applying Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, including estimation, planning, dependency management, and delivery tracking.
- Ability to influence outcomes and drive alignment without direct authority.
- Strong facilitation, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams while promoting continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business, product, and technology partners.
- Experience implementing Agile Collaboration practices across Scrum and Kanban teams.
- Experience supporting Scaled Agile environments and Program Increment (PI) Planning activities.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Rally, or other Agile Lifecycle Management tools.
- Experience working with distributed, onshore, and offshore technology teams.
- Experience supporting complex enterprise technology products and platforms.
- Financial services industry experience, including wealth management, advisory, broker/dealer, or investor services organizations.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
