We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our engineering team as an Associate Software Engineer. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in .NET, C#, and modern software development, along with exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) concepts. You will work alongside senior engineers to build, enhance, and modernize enterprise applications deployed on PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) while gaining hands-on experience with GenAI-enabled application features.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Development
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and .NET / .NET Core
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following team standards
Support development of RESTful APIs and backend services
Assist with debugging, testing, and performance optimization
Platform & Deployment (PCF)
- Deploy and run applications on PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) with guidance
Learn platform fundamentals such as:
Buildpacks
Application manifests
Environment variables and service bindings
Understand basic application 운영 (operations) concepts such as monitoring, logs, and restarts
Generative AI (GenAI)
- Assist in building and integrating GenAI-powered features such as:
Chat or assistant capabilities
Content generation or summarization
Intelligent search or Q&A
Work with GenAI APIs, SDKs, or frameworks under senior guidance
Support prompt design, testing, and basic evaluation of GenAI outputs
Follow responsible AI practices (accuracy, security, responsible use)
Collaboration & Agile Practices
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (standups, planning, demos, retrospectives)
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and QA team members
Document technical designs, learnings, and implementation details
Learning & Growth
- Learn enterprise engineering standards, security practices, and platform guidelines
Continuously improve skills in .NET, PCF, and GenAI
Demonstrate ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn from feedback
What you have
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong foundation in C#
- Working knowledge of .NET / .NET Core
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL or relational databases and Git or version control tools
- Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts
- Familiarity with using GenAI tools or APIs (prompting, basic integrations)
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
