As an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders within Schwab Technology Services, you will play a highly visible role in helping executives operate effectively, stay connected to key priorities, and drive business outcomes. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong judgment, adaptability, and a proactive approach to support. You will coordinate complex calendars, optimize leadership meetings and events, manage travel and expense activity, prepare polished and engaging materials, develop reports, and oversee administrative programs that help the organization run smoothly. Success in this role requires the ability to anticipate needs, navigate competing priorities, solve problems in real time, and make thoughtful decisions with professionalism and discretion.
You will work closely with senior leaders, business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders across the firm, building strong relationships and helping create alignment across teams. What you have
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in a complex, fast-paced business environment
- 7+ years of experience managing complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and confidential administrative support
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated project coordination or project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders, employees, external partners, and vendors
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate options, anticipate challenges, and recommend effective solutions with minimal oversight
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment, professionalism, and integrity
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment with changing deadlines, frequent interruptions, and competing priorities
- Demonstrated collaboration skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across teams and levels of the organization
- Ability to work on site on a full-time basis in the specified location(s)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Managing Directors or other senior technology leaders
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and business materials that are visually polished and audience-ready
- Experience coordinating leadership meetings, critical business gatherings, and related logistics
- Strong process orientation with the ability to think systemically, connect information across priorities, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Demonstrated adaptability, resilience, and a bias for action in ambiguous or evolving business situations
- Experience learning and adopting new technologies quickly to improve administrative effectiveness and team support
